I am feeling disappointed as I purchased Adobe Acrobat DC but in my Mac I face problem the (adobe acrobat) page does not allow my computer (macbook) to shut down.

As I tried to seek help from customer care of Adobe even more surprising the Adobe Acrobat though it charges good money for the sell of product after sales sevice is non existent.
