Updating Adobe Acrobat 5

I have a registered Adobe Acrobat 5 on my PC and trying to update it fails on error. Is there anything I can do to update it?

that's so old i hope you mean some other version.

Can they use their Acrobat 5 license with a newer version like Acrobat DC, or will they need to buy a new license?
