Updating credit card details

I have had two completely frustrating chat sessions and have spent too many hours seeking the answers on the web. This should be a very simple matter. I have a subscription for Acrobat Pro DC managed through the Acrobat Store. I live in Hong Kong and cannot find a way to change the language of the store to English (it is in Chinese). Looking at the FAQ's for updating credit card details always ends up in this linguistic cul-de sac. In the last chat the representative from Adobe claimed that my bank was refusing to update the details and suggested I should cancel the subscription and start a new one. This sounded rather dishonest and a cop out to me but can be verified by the email transcripts I requested. Does anyone further up the Adobe management hierarchy have a quick fix for what must be a common problem? Thx.

Correct answer AB888

you're welcome.

Please note there is no apparent way of changing the Adobe HK store language to English. In the end it was a case of using Google translate because my "Chinese speaker" was my bilingual daughter who did not know some of the terms!!  I am now waiting to see if my update works and my plan is continued. The change date is the 25th of October

I am having this exact same problem today, it is so infuriating!

... I found a solution! I rang Adobe Help on 3071 4922 from Hong Kong, explained the situation and another team who can update my credit card details over the phone will call me back to do this.

But this shouldn't have taken two hours of my time. Adobe needs to fix this problem.

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address.  otherwise, change what's necessary to make your purchase:

change country associated with adobe id - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html

change currency - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999694

change store - http://www.adobe.com/store_selector/storeselector.html

change adobe.com website language - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999693

Kglad.com Thanks for your response although it does not resolve the dilemma.

Your link to changing the store came up with this URL Adobe products: desktop, web, and mobile applications | Adobe which is a little bizarre.

I want to change the language of the store so I can understand it.

And the attempts to change the credit card details always take me back to the store.

So I am stumped. I think the only thing to do is to start all over again, but that is a bit of a frustration.

then you need to change the website language. ie, the last link.
