UPGRADE-STATUS bleibt bei 93% stehen

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. Thank you for sharing the screenshots — this appears to be a stuck in-app upgrade issue in Adobe Acrobat Pro (2025.001.20435), where the "Upgrade-Status" gets stuck at 93% during each launch and doesn't complete.

Restart the machine once, and try again. Restart the upgrade process manually. Sometimes, the upgrade cache may be corrupted. Quit Acrobat completely (via Task Manager if needed). Navigate to the following path and delete the "Upgrades" cache folder: 

C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Upgrade

Restart Acrobat and let it try again.

If the issue persists:

Uninstall Acrobat using the Acrobat Cleaner tool. Restart the machine, and delete any leftover folders: 

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\
C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\
