Upgrading Key Features- thanks for being patient

so I have been stuck on Upgrading key features, for about a week now. I just wiped and re-installed windows thinking that could solve it and its still stuck on this part of the install. 

 

the fact that we have 0 way of seeing the actual installation status is the biggest part of whats making me angry. how the F do I solve this?

I hope you are doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Are you using the Acrobat application? Or a different Adobe application? If you are getting the error message while installing Acrobat, please try these steps and let us know how it goes:

Restart the machine, and ensure you have all the mandatory and optional updates of the operating system installed. Reboot the machine after installing the updates, and use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove any corrupted files or incomplete installations. Follow the instructions to select and clean all Adobe-related files. 

After running the cleaner tool, manually delete the following folders if they still exist:
C:/Program Files/Adobe
C:/Program Files/Common Files/Adobe
C:/Program Files (x86)/Adobe
C:/Program Files (x86)/Common Files/Adobe
C:/ProgramData/Adobe
C:/Users/[Your Username]/AppData/Local/Adobe
C:/Users/[Your Username]/AppData/LocalLow/Adobe
C:/Users/[Your Username]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe

 

Download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat from the URL, and sign in with your Adobe ID (email) associated with the license/susbcription. You may also try the suggestions from this article: https://adobe.ly/44vNJuW
