Upload signed document eliminates original doc and prior signatures

Hello,

I uploaded a document for signature with the "complete in order" option on. One of the signatories sent an email authorizing us to use it as proxy to his signature. After many signatories had signed the original document, the turn for the "email signatory" was up, so we uploaded his "signed document" to serve as proof of his signing, but now I cannot access or see the original document and the prior signatures already collected. Is there a way to recover it so I can merge both and have a full document (original with prior signatures plus email) in one single document?
