Urgent: cancel annual subs

Hi all, 

 

Adobe is not currently providing the service of chat or any possibility of direct contact. 

I did the mistake of subscribing to Adobe Acrobat for the annual plan but I can't find a way to cancel it. 

Can someone kindly help me to understand how may I reach Adobe? I've been a client for so many years, finding this unacceptable!

Sorry to hear about your experience.

If you have subscribed accidentally, your Adobe account will let you cancel the plan within 14 days. Checkout the exact steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html 

If it's more than the grace period, you must contact assisted support, as billing issues cannot be handled on public forums.
