[Urgent] [Last post marked as spam] Unable to use Right-click > Print to mass print documents

The issue needs to be resolved before the end of the week. Issue is urgent. I am unable to raise this ticket through other means as my account does not have a license.

The company I work with uses Adobe Acrobate to mass print documents for customors.

The issue is urgent as if this cannot be resoved by the end of the week, we will breach contracts.

When printing PDFs with Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat, the documents do not print.

They can print a single document by opening it and printing from 'File'. Due to the nature of their work, this is absolutly not fast enough, as they need to print upward of 90 documents at a time.

While the issue is ongoing, adobe acrobat processes show up in task manager equal to the number of print jobs submitted. Usually 15, as this is the maximum number that can be sent at once. Usual behaviour shows these processes show up for a few seconds then ending as each job submits.

When right clicking documents and selecting print, nothing happens. No errors, no warnings, no decernable change at all.

Steps taken:

Reinstalled Adobe Acobat and Adobe reader.

Signed in as admin and attempted.

GPUpdate.

Reboot of machine.

Running as admin.

Printing to a different printer.

Updating print driver.

Ending all adobe related tasks.

When signing out and back in, or ending all adobe related tasks, the users can submit 15 jobs for printing, but will not be able to send any more until repeating the steps at the start of this sentance.

The users are currently rebooting every 5 minutes due to group policies preventing them from using task manager to close things.

Side note: I tried calling first, so far I have been on hold for an hour and 30 minutes as of writing this.
