Urgent: Why when I press convert, do I get the sign up page?

I have been using Acrobat Reader DC for two years with no problem and today, all of the sudden, when I went to convert to word, it flipped me to the explorer sign up page to subscribe.  My subscription isn't up until November and I am stuck not being able to convert the files. Can someone please help me? I need this function to do my work. Thank you!!
