Usage of "Text Callout" Comment

Hi,
I am Ramesh Munirathinam. Could any one suggest how to get "Text Callout" comment on select text via Acrobat JavaScript? I have lot of "Text Callout" insertions in the document and same task need to do continuoutly. Your suggestion will save my time alot.

You can't use a script to add comments to selected text, because it has no way of knowing what the selected text is.
