Use Action to Embed Fonts without Font Warning

I have 700+ PDFs that have at least some scanned pages in them and I'm getting this when they're opened:

Using the embed font even if text is invisible preflight fix-up appears to change it to the Wingdings font and embeds it, which is fine for the purposes of these PDFs. BUT, I can't automate the embedding with an action because the error keeps popping up.

Loading the ZaphDingbats Type1 font makes the error go away. But these PDFs are mostly accessed from an application server and I'd rather not leave that old font loaded. The bigger problem is I'm getting this when trying to embed the font, and some instances are not embedding:

So, 1) Is there a way to surpress that message to I can automate? Even surpressing ALL messages would be fine and I can enable them again when I'm done. Or, 2) Is there a way with Preflight to replace a font with another font?

Neither of these things I've been able to find and I'm hoping I'm just missig something.
