Use of Acrobat Outside the country while travelling

Can one of my customer use the licenses outside the country while traveling? If yes, how long can they use it there?
If they go to another country, and use a laptop/desktop from that country, can they install/activate the license?

To activate the product with a different region, change the country in the user's ID Settings as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html
