User Account causing adobe to crash

Adobe Acrobat is crashing for one user under her account, the user has tried different laptops and the same issue follows her. Another user can use the same machine and Adobe is not crashing. 

 

Does anyone know the cause or fix for this issue?

In case you still experience the issue, you might want to refresh the license files for the specific user.
