User Profile Specific Problem Editing PDF Forms

Hello:

I'm trying to assist a customer who is having problems editing forms using an activated [licensed] version of DC 2017 [v2017.011.30143] on a Windows 10 Enterprise x64 [v1809] computer; while there are no error messages, when they open a PDF form they are unable to edit it, however, I can edit the same form from my account. I have deleted their Acrobat settings [in ..\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\, etc. and their "temp" directories] and uninstalled/reinstalled Acrobat, but have not been able to resolve the problem. Any insights/suggestions regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Robert Lindholm

What happens when they try to edit the file?

You cannot edit text fields and radio buttons that should you should be able to edit after opening the document in AcroPro and can partially edit some of the fields after going into "edit mode", but the edits are not formatted correctly and there are still some fields that cannot be edited on a "known good" document.

You can change the form with Tools > Prepare Form.
