Users/Guests Unable to Review As Guest - Document Cloud

I have PDFs I have been sending to groups by the "Send an anonymous or public link in an email" option in Adobe DC. I have also tried doing this through the documentcloud.adobe.com > Share File > Allow Comments for Review > Create Link.

Some users are experiencing an issue and are unable to review because they do not have the option to review as guest (see attached photo) when they join the review using a web browser option. This happens for users that do and do not have Adobe. Can someone please help with this?

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please let us know if the users are still experiencing an issue with the review feature.

We have tried to replicate the same behavior at our end. However, it works fine.

If the issue persists, please provide us more details about the issue as asked below:

- Does this occur only with the document shared for review or with the view option as well?

- Did you check if this is an issue with a particular file sent for review?

- How exactly you share the link with the users?
