Users/Guests Unable to Review As Guest - Document Cloud
I have PDFs I have been sending to groups by the "Send an anonymous or public link in an email" option in Adobe DC. I have also tried doing this through the documentcloud.adobe.com > Share File > Allow Comments for Review > Create Link.
Some users are experiencing an issue and are unable to review because they do not have the option to review as guest (see attached photo) when they join the review using a web browser option. This happens for users that do and do not have Adobe. Can someone please help with this?
