Using acrobat x pro on windows 10

When I dowload documents through Docusign on windows 10 they are locked saying signatures need valaidation. I cannot edit them. I did not have this issue on my last computer which had windows 7.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

    Docusign will have provided something specific for you to install - certificates, plug-ins, that sort of thing. It is this that protects your info. So you have to repeat all this at least, and may have to contact Docusign - it might have been tied to just that computer. Anyway, contact Docusign, only they can help.
