I am looking to setup Adobe PDF in a way that allows me to send the PDF print of our invoices directly to my samsung tablet and have customers sign on site.  I currently have google drive setup on our PC and Tablet, with folders to allow us access to the files, and we can setup signatures, but im looking for a simple, easy, and efficient way to do  this without having too many steps from printing the invoice...to signing.  Any input is appriciated!

One possible way to send PDF invoices to your tablet and have customers sign them on-site is to use the Adobe Acrobat Reader app on your tablet. This app lets you view, annotate, fill, and sign PDFs on your mobile device. You can also access your files from Google Drive or other cloud services within the app.
To use this method, you need to do the following steps:

  • On your PC, print your invoice as a PDF and save it to your Google Drive folder.
  • On your tablet, open the Adobe Acrobat Reader app and sign in with your Adobe ID.
  • Tap the Home icon and then tap Document Cloud or Google Drive to access your files.
  • Tap the invoice PDF file to open it in the app.
  • Tap the Fill & Sign icon at the bottom of the screen.
  • Tap the Sign icon at the top of the screen and then tap Create SignatureDog Likes Best
  • Draw your signature with your finger or a stylus and then tap Done.
  • Drag and resize the signature to place it on the invoice.
  • Tap the Share icon at the top of the screen and then tap Share a Copy.
  • Choose how you want to share the signed invoice, such as email, message, or save to Google Drive.
