Using Adobe Sign - linking from email

I want to know if it is possible to create a hyperlink for a document to send. I was able to use the Web form option for this. But that first option of the self person filling the form is not clear.

I do not want to send through AdobeSign but would like to instead have a link for the document that I upload and then copy and paste the link into the body of my own emails.

Any details/ help is greatly appreciated!
