This is the local message that has started to appear recently and there is no way to control it as far as I can see. This pop-up occurs now on all open pdf operations and the pop-up need to be closed manyally - does not help to wait as the nessage implies.

Try this: Go to the Acrobat app menu - Preferences - Accessibility and disable "Enable assistive technology support".
