Hola cuando abro acrobat no me valida y se cierra constantemente,solo con esta aplicacion,Por favor ayuda

I hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry for the trouble.

 

We checked and verified your Adobe ID(email), which you have used to log in to the community, and see that you have an active subscription to Creative Cloud Pro. If the Acrobat is not activated with the current Adobe ID (email), please sign out of the app once, restart the machine, and sign in. Try to update the Acrobat app from the Menu on the top left corner of the Acrobat, select Help > choose check for updates, install any available updates, and restart the machine. 

 

If the issue persists, please use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove Acrobat, restart the machine, and download Acrobat using the direct link. You can also try the suggestions from the following article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-activation.html
