VB code fails when executing the following statement "New Acrobat.AcroPDDoc"

I'm running a Visual Basic application using AutoCad 2021 and Adobe Pro version 2024.001. I'm using this in an MS Office 32 bit environment. When I execute the statement New Acrobat.AcroPDDoc it fails randomly. Some times it creates the PDF file and other times it does not. Ween I run this application in a MS Office 364 bit environment it is always successful. Unfortunatley I have to stay in the 32 MS Office environment for other applications to work. 

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I can try to resolve this issue?
