Vectorworks to Acrobat

Lately i have installed acrobat so that i can print my vectorworks documents in A5-A0. But every time i print it form vectorworks to Adobe Acrobat, its always in A4. This means i always see an soomed in picture of my VW print. I have tried selecting A0 and other print options, but I always see a zoomed in picture like it just cut A4 out of my VW file.

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

      Sorry for the delayed response and the trouble experience. 

      I hope you already have found an answer to this question, if not, please help us with the following:

      1 Exact workflow of printing the document?

      2 Is the original fine in PDF format? Or a different file format?

      3 Are you converting the file into PDF first? If yes, which application are you using?

      4 Are you printing the file to the physical printer?

      5 If possible, please share the source file and PDF file with us.
