We believe you are referring to Acrobat's view. Is it a case where your Acrobat on Mac is the old view and on PC it's a new view, which is basically "Modern Viewer"? 

If yes, then on PC, go to Acrobat>Menu>Disable New View

If you are referring to Acrobat Reader freeware (as I see in your account Acrobat is showing inactive ), then you can download it from here:
