Reproduction Steps:

Hi,

We are able to reproduce the issue when only footer is added. The team is investigating the root cause.

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can use the Remove option to remove all the header/footer and add again.

@killian_5528 you should always turn off auto updates. I normally don't update until I know for sure there are no bugs. In my case, I have Creative Cloud Desktop app, where I can see the previous versions. If you have an IT team, they likely use Admin Console (I know my work does); They should be able to go back to 2024 or 2025 or whatever version that worked awesome for you.

I am also working in the classic view of Acrobat, so, I would get your team, View - Disable new Acrobat, this may resolve the header/footer issue
