Version 4 ICC profiles were converted to version 2 ICC profiles during pdf export

Hi, can anyone help me with this?

I have a single page ad that needs to be exported with SNAP ICC profile. Every time I go to export I get this message:

All the images in the file are cmyk. Does anyone know if this conversion to version 2 will affect my pdf when it goes to the newspaper?
