Vertrauliche Dokumente öffnen. To open my confidential docs

Ich habe eine email mit vertraulichen Dokumenten erhalten 

um sie zu öffnen habe ich folgende Anleitung dazu erhalten:

--Um auf die Anhänge zuzugreifen, klicken Sie auf das Klammer-Symbol unten links im Adobe Reader (siehe Bild) oder wählen Sie Anzeige -> Navigationsfenster -> Anlagen--.

Leider funktioniert das bei mir nicht (Adobe premium), ich erhalte immer die Meldung Passwort eingeben oder Passwort geschützt.

 

Hat jemand einen Tipp bitte.

@herbert_4350 the PDFs are protected by the person(s) or company who originally created the PDF. It is a security feature and only the right person or company can open those files. If it is security documents, then, the files are locked for a reason. Just ask the person or company to send you the passwords

If it is security documents, then, the files are locked for a reason. Just ask the person or company to send you the passwords

Tks for your Info.  In the meantime it is solved. At last I've got the Right Passwort.
