Ich habe eine email mit vertraulichen Dokumenten erhalten

um sie zu öffnen habe ich folgende Anleitung dazu erhalten:

--Um auf die Anhänge zuzugreifen, klicken Sie auf das Klammer-Symbol unten links im Adobe Reader (siehe Bild) oder wählen Sie Anzeige -> Navigationsfenster -> Anlagen--.

Leider funktioniert das bei mir nicht (Adobe premium), ich erhalte immer die Meldung Passwort eingeben oder Passwort geschützt.

Hat jemand einen Tipp bitte.

If it is security documents, then, the files are locked for a reason. Just ask the person or company to send you the passwords
