Very annoying, crash-inducing bug on Adobe Acrobat

Is it possible to get the attention of the developers to have the below bug fixed? It's been a thing for years.

When you right click a tag to add alternative text, and you start typing, and you press the "open bracket" key in the keyboard, which is what Spanish-speaking users have to do in order to add accentuation marks to vowels (á, é, etc.) the application freezes. It is reproducible on every version of the app I have tried for the last few years.

Sometimes, when you try to close the app, by right clicking on start menu and closing app, the app will unfreeze and let you save. Other times it just closes.
