Video insertion in acrobat 11

I have a Powerpoint with an embedded video. When saved to PDF, just a picture box appears. Some web suggestions say don't save PP with video and go under tools for multimedia to embed directly into PDF doc.  Don't see multi media.  Anyway to do this??
