Video wont play and Acrobat get shut down

Hello there !

I made an interactive PDF with InDesign on wich I included a video. I tried (many times) to open the document on Acrobat, then pressed play on the video. The video does not play and Acrobat get shut down after a few moment. It tries to connect to something (I dont know what) then decide it cant be done and close itself. Any idea of what the problem is ?
