Visor vista previa W10

Buenos dias a todos!

 

Alguno sabe como habiltar la opcion en panel de la vista previa "flecha arriba" . Deberia salir como en la siguiente imagen:

 

 

Pero en mi caso sale asi y no veo forma alguna de habilitarla por ningun lado:

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delay in response.

    Is this a Windows file explorer preview window for a .pdf file, or are you referring to somewhere in Acrobat itself? The screenshots don't look familiar.

    Please elaborate on the exact issue for a better understanding of us. Take the screenshot of whole window and share it with us.

    If it's Acrobat, share the exact version of Acrobat you are working on. Open Acrobat>help>About Acrobat.

    Es en el "Explorador de archivos" de Windows, no se donde pueda estar la falla y asi me sale:

     

     

    Esta fecla de subir esta desabilitada y en otro equipo de mi misma organizacion si esta activa y tienen las mismas caracatericas, actualizaciones, version de adobe, SO etc..
