Want to create forms

Does Adobe have anything like Jotform (I'm currently using) 
I'd like to create registration & order forms if possible through my Adobe subscription.

Is there a way to do this with a particular program?

You can create forms in Acrobat, but it's not meant to be used for creating files from scratch. You need to create the underlying layout in some other application (like Word or InDesign), then create a PDF from that file, and then add the form fields to it. Make sure to keep the original file format in case you want to make changes to the layout later on, though!
