Want to import rows from excel worksheet into individual fillable PDF forms.

Every week I update a spreadsheet that has approximately 50 rows of data. I created a PDF form which has all the fields matched up with my spreadsheet.  I want to create 50 forms. I tried Evermap and it is excellent, however I am on a company computer and cannot purchase software that isn't in our library.
