Want to update to Acrobat DC, but don't want to uninstall Acrobat XI

So in updating all of my Cloud apps, but don't want to uninstall old versions until I have been able to test in our workflow to make sure no bugs slow us down.

Deselecting the "Remove old versions" box has worked for all apps except Acrobat DC. When I deselect this box, I get an error saying "Acrobat DC cannot be installed. To update to Acrobat DC, either go back and select the Remove old versions option or uninstall the existing version of Acrobat".

I don't want to do that. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to install Acrobat DC AND keep my old version, too?

Hi MatNic,

Unfortunately, you can not keep both the version's in  Adobe Acrobat (subscription) .

(unless you don't have an standalone license for Acrobat XI)

You may refer to  the help document -Acrobat DC uninstalled Acrobat XI | How to get Acrobat XI back
