Watermark Appear Behind Page Broken

Started to get reports in Acrobat Pro v26.001.21691 watermarks set to “appear behind page” are sporadically not showing on the page at all.  We’ve never ran into this before.  We’re replicated this behavior across several machines and different PDFs.  Is this a known issue?

    We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue.

    As mentioned, the watermarks set to "appear behind page" are sporadically not displaying correctly after the release of Acrobat Pro v26.001.21691. Could you please provide a short video that demonstrates what happens when you add a bookmark? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could share a sample PDF where the bookmark is added but not visible in the background.
