Way to auto save converted Acrobat files back to the original directory

This is what we are trying to accomplish but have had no success as of yet.

What we need to do is convert bulk xps to pdf and software has not worked thus far. What does work is selecting the xps files and selecting "convert to pdf" (we have licensed version) but the issue is we then have to manually save each file back. Is there a way to select multiple xps files, convert to adobe pdf and AUTO save with the same name back to the same location without us doing it?

Hi Michaelm,

There is no direct setting that can save the PDF automatically with the same name back to the same location.

However, you may try creating an action for this in Action wizard and check if that works for you. Take help of the steps provided over here Applying actions and scripts to PDFs
