Way to have page scrolling enabled when sending PDF?

Hi, is there a way to send a PDF with page scrolling enabled so the receiving user does not have the "single page view" setting on? I know I can enable it on my end but was wondering if there was a way to do it so the people receiving my PDF don't have to go through the trouble.

Go to File (or Menu) - Properties - Initial View and change Page Layout to Single Page (Continuous):
