Trying to reinstall Adobe Acrobat 12 as i have license keys but i am receiving the error "We are unable to validate this serial number for Adobe Acrobat. Please contact Customer Support." I tried to contact support and i have been referred to the experts in the portal here. I am not interested in signing up for a subscription based license.

There's absolutely nothing we can do to help you, I'm afraid. This is mostly a user-to-user forum, and Adobe support should not have directed you here to handle this issue. Contact them again and demand a solution to your issue.
