We cannot verify subscription status - Acobat DC

OK - I am really frustraited as I use Acrobat DC loads and all I get now is We cannot verify subscription status unable to connect to adobe servers. 

This is tosh as no issue with the internet as I would not be able to leave this question.

I am on windows 7 as due to lockdowns and sheilding, I have not be able to secure a new PC.

 

So what needs to happen in order to use Acrobat and use my paid for subscription? I don't have a techie brain.

Do you have Trend Micro security software installed on your system? If yes? please check out the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-verify-your-subscription-status.html

 

If it still doesn't work, Please check your connection to Adobe server and try to reset the host file as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

I am having the same issue. I have even uninstalled and Now I cant re install !!!!!
