Hi All

I am having problems signing in and opening folders with adobe acrobat pro dc.  It constantly asks me to sign in, but when I do, it goes nowhere.

When I try to open a file, I get an error message "your request could not be completed.  Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated.  Trying launching Adobe Acrobat.

I am signed into my adobe id account, but cannot sign in for access to the files.  It gives me the sign in page and I successfully sign in, but nothing happens.

We pay a monthly subscription and I checked our account it is up to date.

So, do not know what the problem is.

Your assistance is appreciated.

Hi kwoodcroft

After looking into your account and its transaction details what we have observed is, its moreover a billing issue not the technical.

There have been an issue with the payment in Nov 2018, Jan 2019 and continue to the current month. Which is causing trouble activating your Acrobat subscription.

For detailed information, please contact our customer care billing team via Chat/Phone and get this sorted to get uninterrupted service-
