Thanks for sharing the screenshot for reference.
I see that your current Acrobat is on Classic view. You may once close the Acrobat completely and reboot your computer.
- Now relaunch the Acrobat and check again
- If this doesn't work, then go to View>Enable New Acrobat
- Click on Menu>View>Display Size and see if you can set it to "Small" in Acrobat's new experience.
