Web cam to take photo and embed the photo into field

Hi 

I need to take a photo of a test result as evidence using the webcam (connected to the PC) and attach the image in the pdf . Is there a function in Adobe Pro or any software which I can click the button or field and that opens up the webcam and when I take a photo, it automatically attaches to the field?
