Hi FerozKamalForum,

Could you please try to login on your WebDAV server from any web browser to check if the server is up and running.

If the server is accessible from browser, kindly update your application to the latest version form Help>Check for Updates and let us know your version after update. Also share system info Win/Mac and error snapshot for Adobe Acrobat while initiating shared review.

Regards,

Arvind

Hi Arvind,

Thanks for your support. I have already tried weddav server in other browsers its working fine. I have attached the screen shots of error for your reference as well as latest version names. Also please let us know does the new Pro DC requires any authentication as must in webDav server?.

Thanks

Hi FerozKamalForum,

Thanks for the update.

Yes,  Pro DC requires authentication until you kill the process "Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer" and delete a registry entry "CredentialsV4" under HKCU.

Could you please try the steps-

-Kill the process "Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer" from Task Manager

-Delete the registry entry "CredentialsV4" if present at [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Synchronizer\DC\CredentialsV4] , ignore if not present.

Now try the workflow. Kindly let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Arvind
