Webform Times Out for 1 person out of 60.
I turned our childcare center's registration packet into a Webform. 60 people successfully completed it. One person says it times out on her. One. She's tried her phone and her laptop. I asked how long it took her and she said 20-30 minutes (which is ridiculously long given the form). I've searched the forum and the only solution I could find was extending the timeout setting that I can't find in our level of subscription (we do not have Enterprise).
Is there a way I can troubleshoot this for her? Do I just need to give this one person a paper/pencil copy and give up?
