Webpage to PDF conversion fails for some pages

We are trying to convert a webpage to pdf and the conversion fails with an error "Conversion failure".

Also, some pages that has images and when converted to PDF, the images are not preserved.

Hi,

Could you please try restarting the computer and see if that works.

If that doesn't work, try checking update for Acrobat- launch Acrobat>under Help menu>click Check for Updates.

Please confirm the Web Browser in which you are trying to convert the web page- Internet Explorer/ Google Chrome?

What is the version of Acrobat installed on the machine?

To check the version- launch Acrobat>click Help menu>select About Adobe Acrobat .
