Website Tool Replication to PDF Fillable Form

Hi everyone,I'm a PDF fillable form designer trying to replicate a web-based Vacation Bonus Calculator into a PDF form. You want to hire someone to write the script for you, or are you looking for help doing it yourself?
If the former, feel free to contact me privately by clicking my user-name and then on the blue "Message" button to discuss it further. If the latter, what exactly did you try and what were the results? The formulas seem to be written out in that page, so all you need to do is implement them in your code using JavaScript.
