weird time / comment stamp on PDF's after update

Just started noticing this weird comment / time stamp every time I try to add a date to a certain section

I'm not able to edit the field because of the following:

Would anyone happen to know if there is a certain mode that is on by default?

@Edwin5CC8 in your Acrobat Preferences, Forms, you could try

Are you tracking the form, then click on Form Tracker Preferences and turn things off maybe its marked with timestamps and user information?

Oooohh... I wonder if it's a Commenting Preferences too?
