I have done that few times but it does not stick. Even when I set it to open at 100%, that doesn't either. Best Wishes, Amy Perry Commercial Account Manager [Tigrett & Pennington Insurance] [PII removed by Moderator]

Hi @PerryAmy2024,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with the launch screen of Acrobat.

You might want to disable it from the registry of your device.

To do so, go to Start > Registry Editor > go to Location "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown"

Once there, create a Dword > bToggleFTE > set the value 1.

You can find more information here: https://adobe.ly/4oHWoS6

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Souvik.

@PerryAmy2024 you can turn this off....go to your Preferences - General - Look for the section Messages from/to Adobe - Uncheck the box next to the Show me messages when I launch Adobe Acrobat.
