What allows one to cycle through pdf book page-spreads?

I have a large QXP document that will export as pdf pages which then display as side-by-side page-spreads. Is there a feature or other routine which will allow these page-spreads to flip and pause, allowing a viewer to watch the book cycle through every page like a slideshow of pdf page-spreads?
