What am I doing wrong in Adobe PDF printing of files

Hi,

To find out what is going on with this file you need to open the Accessibility Tool and perform an accessibility check.

You will notice that a few things won't pass some of the tests of the Accessibility check. 

As I downloaded the file and performed the Accessibility checked, I noticed that all the data is there intact. But I am stuck trying to repair the tags. And I am not able to delete the alternate text used in the object structure of the nested tag elements.

Have you been able to use the Accessibility Repair Workflow successfully before?

I am doing something worng OR your PDF alternate text may not be repairable and you may have to create a new PDF without customized text and using an updated version of the Acrobat Distiller (this is actually one of the tips that you will find in the links below).

Specifically I am stuck trying to figure out how to follow through with the steps  found the section below:

" NESTED ALTERNATE TEXT
Screen readers don't read the alternate text for nested elements. Therefore, don't apply alternate text to nested elements.

To remove alternate text from nested elements, do the following:

Choose View > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes > Tags.
Right-click (Windows) or Ctrl-click (Mac OS) a nested element in the Tags panel and choose Properties from the context menu.
Remove both the Alternate Text and the text to which it's applied from the Object Properties dialog box, and then click Close. "

You can get help here in the forums if you  ask for an Adobe Community Professional , an Adobe Most Valuable Participant, or an Adobe staff member to assist you via private message. Also  you can password protect the link and set an expiration access time to the file, and only share that password to the person who will assist you with troubleshooting the PDF.
