What can I do for correct export to PDF spanish text with accents?

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

Acrobat has support for Spanish language by default, and it should be able to read and write documents without issues.

In case you experience issues when creating a PDF, you can go to the PDFMaker preferences-> uncheck the option "Use system fonts only, do not rely on document."

This should do the trick for you. Hope this helps.
